Najib Khan joined Elcon Precision in November 2019 as General Manager for the Metal Product Division. Prior to joining Elcon, Najib worked at Maskless Lithography Inc in San Jose from January 2008 to April 2015 as a Director of Technical Sales promoting direct imaging technology in the PCB industry in North America and in Asia. In addition to his background in digital imaging, Najib has over 20 years of hands-on experience where he held a number of high-visibility positions in manufacturing operations and process development in photolithography, electroplating, MEMS, PCB, photoresist formulation, and semiconductors. Najib received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University in 1997.
