With more than twenty years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Roy brings a unique set of qualifications to our team. Roy comes to Elcon from Pentagon Technologies Group where he was the GM of Chamber Services, and previously held positions in engineering, product development, operations, and supply chain. Roy attributes his ability to build relationships with customers and employees as key to his prior successes.

Roy earned a BS in chemistry from UC Santa Barbara. He is the co-inventor of a patented method for heavy metal removal from water. In his free time, Roy volunteers as a coach for an inclusive soccer league.
